Solely to notify you when our product launches and to understand which chatbot providers to prioritise.

Analytics & usage data

We use PostHog for product analytics. All data is processed in the EU.

We operate in cookieless mode - no cookies or local storage are used on your device. Instead, a server-side hash is generated from your IP address and user agent. This hash changes daily, meaning you cannot be tracked across days.

Events tracked include page views, button clicks, and survey responses. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is included in analytics events.

Lawful basis

Email and survey data: Consent - provided by you at the point of signup. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Analytics data: Legitimate interest - to understand how visitors interact with the site and improve the product.

How long we keep it

Until the product launches plus a reasonable wind-down period (no longer than 12 months after launch), or until you request deletion - whichever comes first.

Third-party sharing

Anonymised usage data is processed by PostHog (EU region) as a data processor on our behalf. No personal data is shared for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.
